Change of governance at Darkmatters

A new chapter is beginning at Darkmatters. After 3 years at the head of our innovative Virtual Production Studio, our co-founder and Chairman Romain Cheminade has just passed the torch.

In this context, we are pleased to announce the appointment of two other co-founders to new positions: Yaniss Boulanouar as CEO and Jean Louis Eude as Chairman of Darkmatters.
 
While this change in management may raise questions, rest assured: our DNA and technological expertise in immersive and LED filming solutions remain intact.
 
The track record of Yaniss Boulanouar, a true pioneer in special effects for 30 years (events, television, cinema), is the best guarantee of the preservation of our leadership in the field.
 
Backed byJean Louis Eude who has spent 30 years supporting the development of a number of global technology companies, this complementary tandem will open up a new chapter of accelerated growth, underpinned by our capacity for innovation.
 
We will therefore continue to offer:

➡ 15,000m2 of state-of-the-art film sets and virtual production services at our complex in Tigery
➡ Virtual production services on partner studios, whether as permanent or ephemeral installations
➡ Deployment of our proprietary virtual production technologies outside our own studios.
